Penn Place Early Planners

Arie and I were interested in the early planning of Penn Place. We had picked out Apartment 119 when the office was on Court Street, so our grandchildren to go play in the yard from the apartment. In October 2010 we decided to move in and Apartment 119 was available-just waiting for us! I have loved it here at Penn Place ever since.
